HIV / AIDS – Care  and  Support  Program

Project Brief

This Program to implement care and support packages program in whole Achham districts This program will fulfill the gap in HIV intervention program more intensely in these areas and will certainly support to achieve the goal established by the nation. Furthermore, they are obilizing PLHA to work for themselves which helps to address all needs and issues related to the People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLHAs).

Overall Project Objectives

Fast Track approach towards ending the AIDS epidemic as a public health threat by 2030, through achieving the ambitious 95-95-95 targets by 2026.

Main Focused:

1. Support  / contribute to  the three 95% core areas.
2. Support in advocacy among the stakeholders.
3. Increased the awareness among the risk group.
4. Support to the PLHIVs issues through  care and support intervention.
5. Reduce the stigma and discrimination towards the PLHIVs at community.
